We want you to feel confident in every VIOLANTE purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
If the issue is the result of our error (incorrect product, damaged shipment, or a defect), we will cover the cost of return shipping in full.
If you are returning a product for any other reason, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Because every bucket of VIOLANTE plaster is custom-tinted to your specified color and size, tinted orders are difficult to resell. A 20% restocking may be applied to returns of tinted product unless the return is the result of our error. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Untinted (natural) product is not subject to a restocking fee.
Contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility, provide return instructions, and issue your refund once the product is received and inspected.

Once your return is received and approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
