Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. You can expect to receive your order within 4 to 6 business days from the date your order is placed.

Shipping Method

We ship via UPS Ground to all addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We may extend shipping to Canada in the future.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free UPS Ground shipping. Free shipping applies to standard UPS Ground orders only and does not apply to orders that require freight shipping.

Freight Shipping

Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free UPS Ground shipping. Free shipping applies to standard UPS Ground orders only and does not apply to orders that require freight shipping. VIOLANTE reserves the right to apply freight charges to multiple orders shipping to the same address that together exceed the freight threshold.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $8.50. Orders between $50 and $99.99 ship for a flat rate of $12.50.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations at this time.
