We have made every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colors may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device settings. Surface preparation, application technique, number of coats, and lighting conditions will also affect the final result on your walls. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before committing to a full project quantity.

3. Custom and Tinted Orders

Tinted products are custom-made to your specified color and size, making them difficult to resell. Returns of tinted product are accepted within our standard return window and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in cases where the return is the result of our error. Please review your color selection carefully before ordering.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. VIOLANTE reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted.

5. Prices and Billing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping charges. You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

All content on violante.co including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of VIOLANTE and may not be reproduced without written permission.

VIOLANTE is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with VIOLANTE. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and VIOLANTE. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases.
